Three types of students web sites :
~ Sites that are offensive, obnoxious and insulting
~ " " , and also contian some sort of veiled threat of violence or destruction of property.
~ Sites that contain outright blatant threat (Post columbine)
~ Facebook issues at Eden Prairie and Woodbury High schools. What are your option? Facebook/myspace
Libel : Publication of a false statement or fact that seriouslyharms someone's reputaion.
Publication : Article/headlines/photo captions/ads....ect.
Truth : False/truth
The catch : Knowing something is true and proving it's true can be two different things
